David Wu is a retired corporate executive from the high technology sector, he is a proven entrepreneur who built thriving joint ventures with China's largest software company, and served the past ten years, as a passionate executive advisor who leveraging his strong international network of connections and assisting startups and investors to explore new streams of revenue through M&A, joint ventures, and worldwide strategic partnerships.

David, most recently, was the Chief Advisor to the President of Neusoft Corporation and Vice General Manager of Automotive Division at Neusoft. Neusoft is the largest software company in China, where David led the worldwide new business development teams. In addition, David was formerly the Vice Chairman and General Manager at Neu-Kingstone, a Sino-foreign cooperative joint ventures with Neusoft which provided innovative customer care solutions in China.

Prior to joining Neusoft, David has 16 years of experience in information and communications industries, primarily with Avaya, Lucent Technologies, AT&T and Bell Laboratories. He architected an innovative Video Multimedia Call Center that became one of the earliest Avaya strategic solution products. He led Avaya efforts to partner with IBM and successfully deployed an award-winning Avaya CRM Internet Solutions with many high profile customers in the US, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

David is a resident of Holmdel for 25 years and he has held a real estate license in New Jersey since July of 1990, prior to working abroad, he was a former member of the Holmdel Township Zoning Board. David has professional competence to produce exceptional results, and with a higher standard, he is devoted to deliver extraordinary service to local and global clienteles.

David received a BS in Mathematics from Fu Jen Catholic University, Taiwan. He also received a MS in Computer Science from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park. His passions include skiing and hiking in the beautiful Colorado Mountains.
