Currently the Broker of Record and Owner of Engel & Völkers Monmouth County--Critelli Properties, Louis has made Monmouth County his home for over 35 years. A former resident and graduate of Holmdel High School, Louis attended Villanova University where he received a Bachelors Degree (BA) in English and a Bachelors Degree (BA) in Communications. In addition, at 23 Louis received an MBA from Rutgers University in Accounting and Finance. Louis has been specializing in the marketing of luxury homes in Monmouth and Ocean County for over 27 years. Louis knows firsthand what it is that attracts people to the area, from award-wining school districts where he took an active role in his children’s school athletic teams and activities, to New Jersey’s pristine beaches and boardwalks spending the summers with his family at the shore. After a successful career with Arthur Anderson & Co. CPA’s as part of their audit staff and later with AJ Critelli & Co. CPA’s as a forensic accountant, Louis began a new career and moved on from his position as an accountant in order to focus solely on real estate. Utilizing his personal and professional contacts, his business expanded and Louis enjoyed growing success. Considered an expert in the luxury home market, land acquisition and development, as well as equestrian and waterfront homes Louis annually receives Circle of Excellence awards from Monmouth and Ocean County. Louis has also been awarded Lifetime Membership in the “NJAR Distinguished Sales Club” an award given to less than 1% of all agents in the state and has also received “Engel & Völkers Diamond Sales Award” recognizing his company production.
