Born in Havana, Cuba and immigrating to the United States at the age of five, Emanuel De La Cruz is a mere 20 years old with a demeanor that shows much more. He is a student attending Monmouth University working on a double major in Psychology and International Business. Maintaining academic excellence throughout his entire scholarly career, including a collegiate scholarship for completing his high school education with a 3.95 grade point average and above average SAT scores. Being immigrants in a foreign country is never easy, and having his parents both work numerous jobs to support the family taught Emanuel the value of hard work and perseverance. A big believer in the notion of being proactive as opposed to waiting for life to happen, Emanuel began renting apartment units on behalf of the owner of the apartment building in which his family lived in at the age of 18. Taking this on along with a part-time employment as a customer service supervisor at Whole Foods Market, and being a full time student with a double major helped Emanuel build character and become the man he is today. Emanuel decided that it was time for something more and became a licensed real estate agent at the age of 19. With a passion for helping others and a resolute work ethic, Emanuel aspires to not only meet, but exceed your expectations with concierge-like service offered only by Engel & Völkers.
